Possession of a United States Coast Guard Master License.

NOTE:
Possession of a current Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) must accompany license when required by the US Coast Guard for duties performed.

To operate and pilot state owned ferry vessels that are certified as inspected vessels under United States Coast Guard regulations.
