LA MISSION D’UN RESPONSABLE KEY LEADER (le rôle) :
Le responsable key leader est un élément clé de l’équipe de gestion du magasin. Il supervise le plancher de vente, prend des initiatives, délègue du travail à l’équipe, donne de la rétroaction, fait un suivi sur les questions en suspens et est une personne ressource. Sous la supervision et la direction du gérant de magasin, le responsable key leader assiste dans toutes les tâches de gestion qui se présentent, travaillant ainsi directement avec le gérant de magasin et l’assistant gérant de magasin, et supervisant directement le responsable de la communauté et les éducateurs. Le responsable key leader travaille étroitement avec l’équipe de gestion du magasin pour supporter la fonction d’opération générale du magasin.

UNE JOURNÉE DANS LA VIE D’UN RESPONSABLE KEY LEADER (les tâches) :
L’objectif clé de ce poste est de s’assurer que le plancher de vente fonctionne bien en l’absence du gérant de magasin et de l’assistant gérant. Vous serez responsable de :

Assister dans les aspects clés des opérations du magasin et d’assurer une distribution réussie de la culture, la philosophie, les valeurs et la vision (relever le niveau global de la santé dans nos communautés) de lululemon athletica
Encourager et dynamiser l’équipe, et aider à l''évolution des fonctions et du déroulement en magasin.
Superviser directement les éducateurs en gérant le plancher
Ouvrir des boîtes d’inventaire au besoin. Les boîtes peuvent peser de 10 à 30 livres.
Sous la direction du gérant de magasin et de l’assistant gérant, performer/compléter des tâches, des obligations et des projets additionnels, tels que requis et/ou demandés.

LA JOURNÉE DE TRAVAIL D’UN RESPONSABLE KEY LEADER (les heures):
Le responsable key leader travaille à plein temps, 24 à 40 heures par semaine, gérant son équipe et éduquant nos invités sur le plancher. Nous attendons des employés à temps plein d’être disponibles à l’ouverture et à la fermeture au moins deux fois par semaine. Tout le monde doit travailler un jour de fin de semaine.

Le responsable key leader est entièrement dévoué et il est un défenseur de la culture de lululemon athletica et des outils d''épanouissement personnel et de perfectionnement disponibles tels que la bibliothèque, les disques compacts de Brian Tracy et le coaching pour les objectifs. Ils comprennent ces outils et travaillent à enrôler le reste de l''équipe avec eux.
Il doit aussi acquérir de manière proactive les connaissances et l’éducation concernant les informations générales de l’entreprise, les bulletins de nouvelles, la politique du magasin, les processus, le contrôle de la qualité, les nouveaux vêtements/styles, les rétroactions/expériences de la clientèle ainsi que les informations/communiqués du personnel.
THE MISSION OF A KEY LEADER (the Role):

The Key Leader is a key part of the Store Leadership Team and as such supervises the retail floor and takes initiative, delegates work and provides feedback to the team, follows up on outstanding issues and is a star “go to” person. Under the supervision and direction of the Store Manager, the position assists in any leadership duties that arise, thereby working directly with the Store Manager & Assistant Manager, as well as directly supervising the community leader and educator in the stores. The Key Leader also works closely with the Store Leadership Team in supporting the general store operation function.

KEY LEADER MUST HAVE’S (the Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications):
• Passion, knowledge and involvement in yoga, and/or other fitness, health or sports activities required. We expect you as part of the Leadership Team to be enrolled in participating in weekly fitness activities in and out of the store with the store team

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KEY LEADER (the Tasks):

The key objective of the position is to ensure that the retail store runs well in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager. In this position you will be responsible for:
• Assisting in the key aspects of store operations and in ensuring the successful delivery of the lululemon athletica culture, philosophy, values, and vision of raising the overall level of health in our communities
• Encourages and energizes staff, and assists in evolving in-store functions and flow
• Directly supervises Educators when managing the floor
• Unpacks boxes for inventory as required. Boxes can weigh 10 - 30 lbs
• Under the direction of the Store and Assistant Manager, performs and completes other additional projects, duties and assignments as required and/or request

A KEY LEADER’S WORKING DAY (the Hours):

The Key Leader role is full time and works 24-40 hours per week managing and educating on the retail floor. We expect all full-time employees to be available to open and close, at a minimum, twice per week. Everyone must work one weekend day.

SELF DEVELOPMENT/LEARNING (the Growth):

The Key Leader is fully enrolled and is an advocate for the culture of lululemon athletica and the tools available for personal growth and development such as the library, Brian Tracy CD’s, and goal coaching. They understand these tools and work to enroll the rest of the team in them.

Proactively acquires knowledge/education regarding company general information, news bulletins, store policy, processes, quality control, new garments/styles, customer feedback/experiences, and staff information/communiqué.
