Manage & lead company programs in the areas of web design and development, mobile, social media, multimedia, design, and other creative disciplines. Display knowledge of all aspects of Web application design and development and print processes. Work internally with cross-functional teams and externally with clients and outside agencies. Exhibit teamwork with internal clients and creative team members and make decisions independently. Contribute to the development and execution of short- and long-term strategic plans, including situational analysis, capability development, business process development, strategic objectives, tactical plans, critical success factors, and financials.
