Come join the exciting field of preventive health! We are a local government who self-insures its employees and strives to keep them healthy. The intern would work with our Registered Dietitian to develop and implement Nutrition programs for wellness, disease prevention and for addressing chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cardiac disease etc. Could also participate in individual nutrition counseling if desired. This internship would be appropriate for part of the required dietetic internship requirements for a registered dietitian.
