DescriptionExperienced General Clerk required for Provincial Government employer. Responsibilities include controlling and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies, placing and following up on service calls, taking care of requests for service for telephones, internet and roaming plans, providing relief for the delivery desk (answering general enquiry phone line, redirecting calls, taking accurate messages, handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, and monitoring visitor entry), performing monthly reconciliations of IT assets, light administrative duties; other duties may be required. Must be a quick learner, have excellent oral communication skills to interact will all levels of staff, strong administrative, clerical and reception skills, good telephone manners, organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and superior attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Excellent opportunity to work in a government office environment.
