Receptionist/Administrative Assistant required immediately for Corporate Downtown Company, to manage front desk and provide administrative support. Duties will include, welcoming visitors, managing the phone, couriers, mail deliveries, typing letters, memos, managing the boardroom and meeting rooms, and maintaining service contracts. Successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, and be punctual. Qualifications include College or Bachelor’s degree, excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, and high proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite.
