A member of our customer service team is responsible for taking and filling guest's orders both for the dining area as well as the drive-thru. As a service person you will greet each guest, listen to their order and enter it into our electronic point-of-sale computer. You will then collect payment and begin preparing drink and dessert requests, followed by the completion of the order with the gathering of sandwiches and fries. All of this must happen in less than 2 minutes. A Customer Service member must have excellent personal appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to take and fill guest's orders in a rapid, accurate manner.
