Making every single soul feel welcome at the door ? Greet customers and always invite them back ? Keeping customers comfortable The Host/Hostess is a key individual at McDonald's as you are the first person our customers meet. As a team player, you will be called upon to help bus tables and to assist in keeping the dining area clean and presentable for our customers. You must make a great first impression both in appearance and in speaking voice, as well as make a great lasting impression, as you will often be the last person at McDonald's who thanks our customers for dining with us.
