As an hourly Floor Manager Trainee, you will spend time learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. The learning process includes development classes within CMG. Training classes will include, but are not limited to ServSafe and BSM (Basic Shift Management). After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity.
