Coordinates the selection of the Beverage team.Trains and certifies the Beverage Specialists so they are able to train others properly.Trains the entire management team.Complete training on each manager.Assigns crew to Beverage Specialists after they have been certified so they know who they have been assigned to train.Tracks training of employees and certification of Beverage Specialists.Communicates and follows up on all of the changes to our Beverage business.Makes sure all training materials are posted, up to date and being used and that they have been reviewed by all team members.
