BR Foods, is a franchise of McDonald's restaurants in sunny central Florida, our 7 stores are in a rapidly expanding Lakeland Florida, which is located between Orlando and Tampa. We offer a highly completive salary, as well as a long list of benefits. McDonald's asst. managers are salaried professionals that have the opportunity to earn up to $50,000 a year. As an assistant manager, you will receive the training you will need to run your own store, when the position becomes available. That position pays up to $62,000 a year plus monthly bonuses.As a salaried management team player, you'll play an important role in all areas of the business. This includes restaurant operations, customer satisfaction, employee relations, shift management and team building.A successful candidate will have in excess of 1 year of managment experience, preferably restaurant, understand the importance of serving the customer and possess strong leadership skills. High school diploma is required and some college preferred. We value honesty, integrity, equality and a strong work ethic. We do require that you relocate to the Lakeland area.
