We are looking for SALARIED managers whose responsibilites include being a direct support for the General Manager, handling and managing up to 65 crew people and shift (hourly) managers. Taking an active role in operational procedures and some administrative paperwork (scheduling, ordering, etc) needed to run the business. Previous restaurant management experience is a definate PLUS!!
