As an hourly (shift) manager, you will play an integral role in areas of Restaurant Operation, Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Shift Management, Team Building & at least 1 Restaurant System. From Hourly Manager you progress to 2nd Assistant Manager, to 1st Assistant, to Restaurant Manager where you'll be responsible for all aspects of a restaurant's operation and of course, increase your pay.
