As an Hourly Manager, you'll be responsible for restaurant operations during a designated shift. As such, you'll play an important role in many areas of the business, including customer satisfaction, employee relations, shift management and team building. This includes: Swing Managers, Serv Safe Swing Managers and BSM Certified Swing Managers. As an hourly Manager, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant.
