POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager trainee will participate in an accelerated Management training program. In this program they will work with Managers and Supervisors to learn as many departments as possible and help each one increase efficiency and productivity. The goal of this program is to prepare the Manager Trainee for future advancement where needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Learn as many departments as possible to gain the ability to fill in where needed
* Store Fixtures
* Wood Ecology
* Maintenance
* Sign Shop
* Sawing
* Sorting
* Pallet Shop/Sales
* Distribution Center
* Supervise Team Members
* Operational Scheduling
* Goal Setting
* Training
* Performance Coaching
* Interview/Hiring
* Discipline
* Work with and train new Supervisors/Leads
* Learn Policies and Procedures
* Bring your knowledge to the company and help improve wherever possible
* Develop action plans

* 4 year Degree in a Business, Manufacturing, Material Handling, or other related field.
