About This Position

This position requires knowledge of: Care of the patient in the Cardiac Catheterization lab or Electrophysiology/Pacer Lab settings. Ability to: Supervise staff utilizing a collaborative team approach as well as clinically care for patients in this setting. Candidates must have a CA RN. Other certifications may be required.

The incumbent is responsible for providing direction and clinical supervision of patient care for specific unit(s), patient population and assigned staff. The incumbent is a professional care giver with requisite clinical and supervisory experience which promotes an atmosphere that is responsive to the needs of patients, nursing, and medical staff. The incumbent is knowledgeable about and promotes the philosophy, goals and objectives of the department.

The incumbent shall demonstrate behaviors consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Mercy General Hospital and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.
