JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic PHYSICAL THERAPIST to provide excellent care for the patients of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

The Physical Therapist will provide patient care including evaluating patient for treatment, providing and directing administration of the Physical Therapy care plan upon Physician referral. Consults with other health care disciplines to co-ordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient. Instructs patients and care givers in home programs for exercises and functional activities.Assists with patient program management, while also delivering patient services. Serves as a resource by sharing expertise and knowledge and assisting with staff professional development.

REQUIRED
EDUCATION:
Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Physical Therapy

LICENSURE
Current AZ Physical Therapy License in good standing.
Current BLS Healthcare Provider Card
.

PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in the acute care setting.

SPECIAL SKILLS
Good written and verbal communication, customer service oriented, ability to follow commands. Specialized rehabilitation skills. Basic computer skills including experience with Word and Excel.
