About This Position

This position is critical to the success of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.
Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult and pediatric patient populations. Requires one (1) year emergency room or critical care experience, current AZ RN license and active BLS certification. Experience in pediatrics. and ENA membership highly preferred. Requires two (2) shifts scheduled within one (1) schedule period (two (2) pay periods). ACLS and PALS certification upon hire, or obtained within 6 months of hire. ENPC and NRP within 12 months of hire.
