Qualifications for this position includes: CA RN licensure; BLS; ACLS; TNCC or equivalent trauma certification; 3 years current/recent TICU RN experience; Knowledge of care of the patient in the trauma critical care setting; ability to supervise staff utilizing a collaborative team approach as well as clinically care for patients in this setting.
