About This Position

Methodist Hospital, a member of Dignity Health, is currently looking for a Clinical Coordinator to add to their hospital staff. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing direction and clinical supervision of patient care for specified unit, patient population and assigned staff. The Clinical Coordinator is a professional care giver with requisite clinical and supervisory experience which promotes an atmosphere that is responsive to the needs of patients, nursing, and medical staff. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about and promotes the philosophy, goals and objectives of the department.

Requirements:
This position requires 3+ years experience in clinical area or equivalent.
Six months previous supervisory or lead experience
Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
Candidates must have a CA RN, BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association. Telemetry Certificate preferred.
The Clinical Coordinator shall demonstrate behaviors consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Methodist Hospital and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.
