Job Description
Basic Function:
Expedite, track, and report Seasonal merchandise to the DC''s for Domestic and International vendors to ensure on-time delivery. Proactively communicate with vendors, freight carriers, DC staff, and corporate personnel about PO arrival and exceptions. Within the Bank of America Cash Pro system, issue, amend, and maintain Letter of Credit documents.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with international and domestic vendors, carriers, buyers and DC's to ensure Seasonal PO's are shipped timely and will arrive within each seasonal event window. Utilize Retek, i2, Starlink, carrier websites, Excel and Access to manage these events and PO's. Identify exceptions, research core reasons for late arriving orders and escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution. Work alongside with TCS team members, our offshore support team on exceptions and PO extensions. Monitors and communicates any customs holds that will cause delays in delivery.
* Primary duties will include issuing, amending and researching Letters of Credit and Purchase Orders in the Bank of America CashPro online website.
* Duties will include interfacing with Bank of America employees in both the U.S., and internationally. You will need to work with Michaels' Buyers, Associate Buyers, Vendors, Aaron Brothers' employees, and Michaels' Treasury Department. Research inquiries from Bank personnel, vendors, and Michael's associates using Retek 6, RMS 12.
* Prepare and maintain multiple exception and tracking reports for Logistics and other internal partners. These reports are created from Retek, sku lists, detailed notes related to exceptions, and late DC arrivals.  Performs other duties upon request that can be critical due to peak season.

 
Job Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience
* General Office, Logistics, Distribution Center or other applicable experience.
* Analytical and problem solving skills, dependability, attention to detail, adaptability/flexibility, good time management.

Educational Requirements:
* High School
* Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook. Access preferred.
