Our Broker is highly respected and well known public speaker, consultant, top producing agent, and a member of the Michigan Association of REALTORS Board of Directors. The supervising Broker of 3 real estate firms, a property management firm, expanding into other ventures.
We do some traditional real estate transactions but our primary line of work is working with investors to purchase, renovate, manage or resell properties.
We assist banks and asset management companies in liquidation of bad loans on Michigan properties along with the property management, preservation, and contracting on those assets.
We do consulting, and public speaking engagements related to real estate investing, real estate education, and the foreclosure crisis.
Our client base is mostly the metro Detroit area but we do service clients through out the lower half of lower Michigan.
