The MBA Intern will have an exiciting opporutnity to help drive the adoption of the new Corporate Branding Initiative by coordinating and driving internal teams and projects to help operationalize the brand throuough the company. In additiona to internal brand strategies, this poistion will develop programs to drive brand awareness out to the market througn varoius communcaiton programs. This is an excellent opportunity to work with leaderhip across the organization as well as Sr. Manament to drive strategic decision making and planning to strengthen the brand both internally and externally. This position will develop and implement marketing plans that contribute to growing brand awareness as well as measument of brand equity. The MBA Interns responsibilities are to: - Develop long term internal brand strategy and marketing plans to increase the engagement of employees and to drive strategic planning and initiatives to integrate company branding into departmental operations and planning. - Coordinate internal teams and facilitate working and planning sessions to drive consensus and implementation of brand strategies. - Work with the internal marketing team as well as external agencies, such as PR, to develop materials and communications to support the brand strategy. - Performs other duties as assigned Apply on Company Website |
