COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

MONIQUE PÉAN FINE JEWELRY is looking for a Communications and PR Intern available from September forward. The internship can be for the duration of 3 months or longer. We are looking for someone who can be available 30 hours a a week, so either a recent graduate or student with limited class schedule would be ideal. This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of PR and Communications for an emerging brand. Monique is a 2009 VOGUE/CFDA Fashion Fund finalist, was named as one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Fashion Companies, alongside Burberry, J Crew and Opening Ceremony and was a 2010 winner of the CFDA/ Lexus Hybrid Living eco-challenge winner.

**We are not seeking part time interns for the communications department at this time. You should be located in NYC or a commutable distance to apply for this opening.

Monique Péan launched her socially responsible and eco-friendly fine jewelry company in 2006. Shes one of the winners of the 2009 CFDA/VOGUE Fashion Fund and she is the recipient of the 2009 Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Award for Accessories. We are looking for someone with an interest in fine jewelry, PR or Communications. Candidates should have the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment. The intern will work closely with the Designer, Communications Director, Communications Coordinator and assist with all aspects of PR, events, marketing and communications strategy.
