Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. A summary of the duties include, although are not limited to: prepare drinks for the guests and servers following proper guidelines; ensure that proper materials and supplies are on hand; maintain a clean bar area by disposing of waste, clean and clear all glassware, wipe down bar and preparation area; provide accurate opening and closing inventory for all beverages; fill out requisitions and all necessary paperwork to ensure the success of the restaurant; communicate any needs to the manager or supervisor; describe menu items offerings; consistently follow proper steps of service; greet guest with a smile and proper posture; keep work area safe and maintain a positive work environment. All conversations with guests need to be kept with the utmost professionalism following Montage Values. Make all beverages to Montage and Utah Liquor Laws specifications and work in compliance with the Utah Liquor Laws. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.
High school or equivalent education required including a minimum of one to two years of experience in hotel or resort environment with a strong emphasis in customer service.
