Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah,is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission, and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. A summary of the duties include, although are not limited to: greeting guests with a warm and sincere welcome; directing guests and vehicles on the front drive; parking and retrieving guest and hotel vehicles; being knowledgeable about hotel rooms, services and features and relaying information to guests; assisting with luggage and doing hotel room orientations, and room deliveries; taking inventory and keeping detailed logs of guest vehicles on the overnight shift; posting overnight valet parking charges to guest accounts; and following Montage luxury hotel guidelines and talking points. Position may also include driving hotel vehicles off property short distances for guest drop-offs and pick-ups or requested item retrieval. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.
Experience
High school or equivalent education required including a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel or resort environment with a strong emphasis in customer service.
