Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.
SUMMARY
A minimum of one year experience in hotel or resort environment required, with an emphasis in customer service. High school or equivalent education required.
The Concierge is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. Primary purposes include, but are not limited to: greeting guests with friendly and sincere welcome; providing information and assistance to guests regarding City and Resort attractions or points of interest; booking reservations for guests both within the resort and at outside facilities; properly logging guest requests and performing follow up with guests; familiarizing oneself with each day’s arrival and group activities; maintaining communication with Reception and other departments regarding guest activity or special needs as necessary; ensuring any incoming and outgoing packages are logged and delivered appropriately; and monitoring and scheduling Resort Driver and booking guest transportation with Resort’s contracted vendor. Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
