Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY
A minimum of one year experience in a hotel kitchen environment required, with an emphasis in culinary arts. High school or equivalent education required.
The Apex Prep Cook is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Mission, Vision and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. The Apex Prep Cook is accountable for performingall daily tasks associated with the Apex Prep Cook kitchen duties including, but not limited to: maintaining a clean work area; following all sanitation principles and procedures; following all standardized recipes and preparation to the specifications of the Chef de Cuisine; assisting in the kitchen where needed; and following all hotel policies and procedures. The Apex Prep Cook also performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
