Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY
One to two years experience in a restaurant operation required, luxury hotels preferred. High school or equivalent education required.
The Apex Food Runner is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Mission, Vision and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.The Apex Food Runner responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: expedite food from kitchen area to dining room area; assist in food service; stack trays properly for efficient unloading by stewarding and ensure proper safety standards are being followed at all times; maintain work area clean and organize; communicate with server and kitchen staff for accurate food delivery; knowledge of all menu offerings; complete opening and closing side duties as requested; maintain side work stations clean and stock with necessary equipment at all times. Work in Compliance with Utah Liquor Laws. The Apex Food Runner performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
