Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. A summary of the duties include, although are not limited to: using all laundry equipment and following appropriate safety standards; handling requests for laundry and dry cleaning services in a timely manner; picking up and delivering requested laundry and dry cleaning orders to guest rooms; logging and verifying amount, date, time, guest name and room number of laundry items; inspecting clothing for any damage and taking appropriate steps to note damage and inform guests prior to servicing; and performing tasks for an extended amount of time in possible high temperature conditions. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.
Experience
High school or equivalent education required including a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel or resort environment with a strong emphasis in customer service.
