Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. A summary of the duties include, although are not limited to: greeting guests with a friendly and sincere welcome; conducting patrols throughout resort to check for unsecured doors and rooms/uninvited guests/unauthorized guests in restricted areas/safety hazards; responding to guest and associate calls while on duty; responding to noise complaints; prioritizing and dealing with emergency situations; assisting with associate parking program; maintaining security office and daily reports; issuing associate keys; answering phones; monitoring security camera surveillance; and maintaining logs of visiting guests and contractors. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.
Experience
High school or equivalent education required including a minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel or resort environments with a strong emphasis in customer service.
