Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY
One to two years experience in a restaurant operation required, luxury hotels preferred. High school or equivalent education required.
The Daly's Server Assistant is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Mission, Vision and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette , and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.The Daly's Server Assistant responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:clean set and re-set tables continuously; assume responsibility for station, tables and side duties; serve water, coffee, bread and greet guests by name; stack trays properly for efficient unloading by stewarding; ensure proper safety standards are followed at all times; maintain proper stock of equipment and supplies to ensure a positive dining experience; execute special guests requests in an efficient and timely manner; communicate with server and host working closely together to provide a great dining experience; follow all opening and closing duties. Work in compliance with the Utah Liquor Laws. The Daly's Server Assistant performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
