Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. A summary of the duties include, although are not limited to: take accurate guest orders and serve all food and beverage requests, describe menu items accurately, knowledge on overall food and beverage offerings, secure and post accurate payment, communicate guest special menu orders to kitchen staff, maintain a professional presence at all times, ensure station and table set-ups are complete, perform opening and closing duties as designated by manager or supervisor, consistently follow proper steps of service, maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment, and maintain a safe and positive work environment. Work in compliance with Utah Liquor Laws. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.
High school or equivalent education required including a minimum of one to two years of experience in hotel or resort environment with a strong emphasis in customer service.
