Job Description:
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. A summary of the duties include, although are not limited to: follow all departmental rules and standards; serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner; clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas; ensure IRD areas are cleaned and organized at all times; gather all equipment necessary to service the guests; maintain all equipment and ensure it is polished; ensure that all spill or hazardous areas are cleared immediately to maintain a safe environment; have every order set and delivered in a timely manner with 100% accuracy; remove guest tables and trays after their meal. Work in compliance with Utah Liquor Laws. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.
High school or equivalent education required including a minimum of one to two years of experience in hotel or resort environments with a strong emphasis in customer service.
