Job Description/Responsibilities
-Facilitate high traffic workflow
-Manage local runs (pickups and deliveries)
-Book travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
-Update and manage new media websites, blogs, Twitter and Facebook for the promotion of artists
-Assist in day-to-day itinerary for artists/tours
-Assist in day-to-day planning for artist events
-Compose conference call recaps for meetings
-Create artist recommendation decks for meetings
-Assist partners with other projects that may arise
