Description

We are currently seeking a Lean HR Lead for our corporate group to be located in our Stamford, CT headquarters. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Training, coaching, and assessing Nestle Waters corporate based employees on the execution of Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE), with initial focus on Leadership Development (LD).
  • The future focus of this role will be to lead/support the Education and Training (ET) Pillar. 
  • Provides coaching and training around NCE LD and the ET pillar to corporate leadership and corporate Human Resources staff in preparation for TPM readiness and implementation.
  • Helps educate corporate leadership and HR on the integration of LD ET with other NCE foundations and TPM pillars.
  • Serves as a liaison to NCE and HR Directors and leads to report execution and readiness

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Lean Manufacturing or a relevant field.
  • Strong operational experience within corporate functions (i.e.: sales, marketing, IT, etc.), consumer products industry experience desired.
  • Experience in TPM or continuous improvement methodology with knowledge of relevant tools desired. 
  • Strong project/program management experience, including successfully leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to train, deliver messages, and lead workshops.
  • Extensive experience in complex change or transformation programs with highly developed coaching and influencing skills.
  • Ability to grasp and internalize the Nestlé business model, organization and culture, Nestlé Leadership Framework, and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, and NCE practices and principles.
  • Solid insight and grasp of general business concepts with an excellent understanding of the value for customer/consumer. 
  • Highly developed decision making, problem solving and communication skills with the ability to transform concepts into reality. 
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to national meetings, etc.
