Real Estate Attorney Job Listing at NFI in Cherry Hill, NJ

The Real Estate Attorney reports directly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel and is a key member of the NFI legal team. The role will provide counsel and guidance on NFI real estate legal and business issues as well as review, draft and/or negotiate various other customer and vendor contracts.

Currently, NFI owns or leases more than 21 million square feet of real estate (primarily warehouse space) throughout North America. NFI’s real estate business focuses on construction and development, acquisitions, property management and marketing and leasing. The attorney would be required to:

• Advise on and structure various real estate transactions and draft, review and negotiate various types of agreements in connection with such transactions;
• Draft, review and negotiate various types of customer, vendor and other general business contracts;
• Confer with executives regarding real estate and general corporate initiatives to assess legal risks to the company and plan actions to control or minimize such risks; and
• Handle other in-house counsel-related matters.
