Job Summary:

Work with Vice President of Real Estate to manage and grow a 22 million square foot real estate portfolio through business development, market research, analysis, lead generation, and transaction management. 

Essential Duties Responsibilities :

• Deal Sourcing and Review: Assist in sourcing and evaluation of new leasing investment opportunities consistent with operational needs client-specific and general firm investment criteria. Focus will be on primarily industrial asset class throughout North America with some office assets in New Jersey.
• Build strong working relationships and network with information providers including commercial real estate brokers, developers, local governmental agencies, industry groups, contractors, and professionals.
• Lead generation and site selection analysis for affiliated supply chain companies.
• Assist in managing portfolio of lease expirations for both owned and existing leased properties.
• Research and monitor potential acquisitions, competitive properties and local market fundamentals including sale lease comps, the economic environment and various real estate submarkets .
• Provide market research data and market analysis in order to track statistics, maintain database, and distribute quarterly reports.
• Assist in preparing and presenting new investment, financing or disposition recommendations and updates on existing investments or portfolio status.
• Assist in preparation of marketing materials.
