The licensed cosmetologist provides a variety of professional styling services for Nordstrom customers. They are motivated, enjoy working one-on-one with customers and have a passion for customer service and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

•Greet clients and provide thorough consultation of individual needs
•Provide professional styling services (hair or nail, as applicable)
•Achieve service and retail sales goals
•Comply with State Board sanitary requirements, rules and regulations
•Work within your scope of practice as outlined by the State Licensing Board
•Adhere to Nordstrom Spa policies located in the Spa Operations Guide
•Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on services, suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events
•Maintain expert industry knowledge by staying current on new procedures and processes
•Consistently seek new beauty trend and product knowledge to drive sales and service
•Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
•Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building, reliability and collaboration
•Deliver productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results
