Order Handler Job Listing at Nuance in Budapest, HU

Reports to Order Management supervisor in Budapest. Major duty is classic PO to order handling activities, as well as keeping contact with internal and external customers. Works together with other departments, including Mfg and Fulfillment.

Performs std activities associated with the receipt, review, processing, and issue resolution of customer purchase orders and contracts. Ensures customer requested prices and purchasing terms comply with governing sales agreements and company policies. Determines correct product code and part numbers ordered.

excellent English language knowledge, plus one other European language.Ability to interpret legal language in contracts and terms on POs, Ability to work extended hours at computer terminal, and for end of the quarter

Additional language(s), shared service center experience, ERP and order administration experience

College educated
