Reporting to the Vice President or Sr. Director and serving as an integral member of the Supply Chain Global Network Strategy team, the Director, Process Engineering acts as a key advisor to senior leadership and has the following responsibilities:

?? As the 'Engineering Architect,? designs and specify new distribution center and retail store workflows, layouts, material handling systems, storage systems and other equipment requirements.
?? Leading a small (but high profile) team of process/industrial engineering professionals, whose primary objective is to improve operational effectiveness at new and existing distribution facilities and retail stores across North America.
?? Using Lean principles as a foundation; this role will evaluate, design, develop, specify and implement new distribution center and retail store processes, material handling systems, DC/store layouts, and labor standards that optimize flow and resource utilization.
?? Manage the development of the NA Engineering function into an enterprise - wide Center of Excellence for process design and engineered solutions.
?? Capacity to provide strategic enterprise thought leadership and decision making on the following:
