Manage, mentor and develop the team of analysts in support of the analytical needs of the Merchandising organization. Instill and foster an environment with the analyst team that creates and builds a strong working relationship between Merchandising management and analysts. Insure the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of data and analysis that goes to the Merchants and Senior Management throughout the organization. Provide leadership and resource for development of complex analytical and budgeting models. Represent the opinion of the Merchandising organization in cross-functional situations, such that new initiatives and projects continue to move forward with the appropriate speed and accuracy. Create and maintain budgets/forecast for Sales/IMU/Program.
