Administrative Assistant needed!
Our client in the Saxonburg area is in need of an administrative assistant. This is a temporary to full-time opportunity and the hours are typically 8am to 5pm, but can be flexible. The primary functions of this position are to assist multiple departments within the company including human resources, training and safety. The primary functions are primarily administrative including scanning, faxing, filing, data entry, answer incoming phones calls, take messages, assist with benefit enrollment, update log books, and overall administrative support to the various departments. Administrative assistants with at least 2 years experience are encouraged to apply! Administrative assistants comfortable in a fast paced work environment with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products are encouraged to apply!
