OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator for a dynamic logistics company in Carson. The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator will be supporting the entire office in day-to-day clerical and administrative needs including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, coordinating with vendors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, Internet research, and filing, faxing, and emailing. The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator MUST HAVE a minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role. The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator must be eager to work in a fast paced environment, a self-starter, and must have the urge to take ownership of this position! This position is temporary-to-hire. Pay is dependent on your experience and salary history. The candidate MUST BE highly efficient and advanced with Vizio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. The perfect candidate must have excellent communication skills. Testing WILL BE conducted during your interview with the company. Preferred degree but not required.
