DescriptionOur client in Surrey has a temporary requirement for an energetic and self motivated Receptionist with a passion for administration and accounting. This role is reporting to the Controller and responsible for the front office functions plus daily financial transactions. The duties include but are not limited to; reception area management, multi-line switchboard, greeting visitors, maintain office supplies, office maintenance (non-janitorial, data entry of Accounts Payable vendor bills & cheques, data entry Accounts Receivable customer invoices, daily bank deposits and other administrative support assigned by the company's controller.
