Our client in Surrey has a temporary requirement for an energetic and self motivated Receptionist with a passion for administration and accounting. This role is reporting to the Controller and responsible for the front office functions plus daily financial transactions. These duties includes but not limited to; reception area management, multi-line switchboard, greeting visitors, maintain office supplies, office maintenance (non-janitorial, data entry of AP vendor bills & cheques, data entry AR customer invoices, daily bank deposits and other administrative support assigned by the company's controller.
