As a Restaurant Manager your responsibilities will include; ensuring extraordinary food quality and service, leading the day-to-day operations and profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing food and labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. You will supervise the restaurant employees; interview, hire, train, coach and counsel, resolve problems, and provide open communications. In addition, you will be an organized professional who has the ability to interact positively and respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and grow business.
