Omaha WellBound Fitness is a full service medically integrated wellness center specifically for Baby Boomers and Seniors where we empower our members with the tools, education and inspiration to stay strong, independent, and fit!

The staff at WellBound is different from other fitness center staff because they are required to have bachelors' degrees in the field, nationally accredited certifications, and accredited training in exercise for conditions such as post cardiac rehab, diabetes, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight loss, arthritis, fibromyalgia, Parkinsons, orthopedic concerns, balance and coordination, brain fitness, physical disabilities, pulmonary issues, strength training, flexibility, endurance, posture and more.

WellBound members enjoy choices from over 28 classes weekly, and each receives a one-on-one session with a staff member to asses which classes, which health and age friendly top-of-the- line equipment, and which programs are most appropriate in order to meet the goals of each individual.
