Position Summary:

The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is currently hiring for the
2013 season for food servers. We are looking for Buoy Bar
servers.

Duties include:

Greeting guests upon entering
the restaurant.
Taking orders/offering meal suggestions.
Communicating with the kitchen team regarding any special requests.
Delivering orders to the guests
Clearing tables as needed
Providing follow-up service to tables as needed.
Collecting and processing payments.
Setting tables for future
guests.
Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

* Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of serving experience

* Must obtain the TIPS Alcohol Training Certificate
beforefirst day of work.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Must be able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours.

* Must have previous knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.

* Must be able to work in an outdoor environment.

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include nights
and weekends.

* Friendly demeanor and hospitable.
