Position Summary:
Working a variety of events from big deal business meetings to
lavish, over the top social events, including weddings. Work as many
hours/shifts as you can from once a month, to 70 hours a week!
Espcially busy during high business level seasons. Delivering 4
Diamond stadards to a diverse clientel.

Qualified
candidate must have excellent interpersonal and customer service
skills. Responsible person to ensure all food and beverage service
for functions in banquets are served on time and wil class.

/>Job Requirements:
Must be able to handle high volume, and be
able to be cross-trained in Food and Beverage department.

/>Flexible schedule and reliable transportation needed. Must be able
to work holidays.

Must have a valid Nueces County Food
Handler's permit and current TABC certification.

Work and
stand for long periods of time, carry 40 lb trays, push/pull 150 lb
carts.

4 Diamond Standards of Appearance and
presentation.

Requirements:
Must be able to handle high volume, and be able to be cross-trained
in Food and Beverage department.

Mondays and Wednesdays, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from
9:00am-12:00pm
